IDEA 1
Be still and know
One of the best-loved psalms asks us to stop and be still. In the middle of upheaval, stillness is where a deeper steadiness can be felt.
IDEA 2
Bring your whole heart
The Psalms are full of grief, anger, fear and doubt alongside joy. They show that an honest heart, not a polished one, is what matters on the inner path.
IDEA 3
Not alone in the dark valley
The shepherd psalm pictures someone walking through the darkest valley without fear, because they are guided and cared for. Trust can stay even when the path is hard.
